hope I am not out of the limb on making this statement but the fish this year seems much better quality than last year harvest. hope other domestic breeders have the similar success this year as well. congrats to all.

The fish this year were quite impressive. The real, question, however, is: What's in the gosanke/utsuri tanks in the tosai house?? ... Too many tanks & too many tosai for me to focus my eyes on any of them.
