Congrats to our "Koi Coach"

Congrats Dick, on your new website and new bussines venture. Your website looks great, who built it for you? Frank is thinking about getting one done, and yours has the kind of format he would need.

I do think it would be nice if you added a timeline of your hobby experience, with pictures of your koi. I for one would love to see all the champion koi you have raised and picked.

Also I would love to see pictures added from all your trips to Niigata over the years.

Everyone go check out Dick's new site. http://www.dickbenbow.com/

I already checked with our board mod, he said it was alright to show dicks site, since he is now a paid advertiser on Koi Bito.

Again Congrats Dick, very impressive

I remember a well known dealer/now hobbyist use to charge for koi seminars. Seems like a good idea, from what I take from it. But since nothing is never ever guaranteed in this hobby I would be very careful of the word choosing on the website. Goodluck with your new venture Dick.

thank-you Nancy and All

I appreciate your encouragement and kind words.

I was fortunate to receive the assistance of two very koi kichi ladies to aid with the development and construction of the site. Without their help, It would never have happened. One was a personal friend over the years and the other came into my life in a way and time that it was irrefutable that
things happen for a reason.

Thank-you for the suggestions as to what you'd like to see on the site. I will be making changes and additions as time and opportunities permit.

As a business person, I saw speakers bureaus available as resouces to businesses. As a Bonsai nut I saw instructors who would come to a club
or business or individual. In koi, we are fortunate to have AKCA,ZNA with many fine judges that lend their time with seminars during the show. But who can you get for a club meeting, special non show event or business promotion. So i felt the nitch was there. As in all endeavors time will tell
if there was a need and if I was able to help meet it. But I look forward to doing what I love, helping koi lovers to learn....
