I really got you on that title, huh? But in seriousness I want to show you some koi poop that I recently noticed that's alittle different than the traditional dark soft mush i see in the settling chamber.

#1 is dark green, looking somewhat like a baby corn but I doubt it taste the same

#2 is earthworm like size, color but doesn't move like a worm

What are your opinions on these 2?

Good? Bad? Seen it before? Why the difference?

The first is different than I've seen. Looks like normal algae turd except for the surface shape. That is different than anything I have seen.

The second looks to me like normal, non-pulverized waste, just longer.

How are the fish eating? Change feed lately? What is water temp?

The koi are really eating! What an appetite, ravenous for the food I give them. No change in the feed, same thing that MCA feeds his, water temp 68.

It too is a first time for me to see the corn shapped doo. You're right, it is algae though.

the first one looks to be some sort of egg. Possibly a dragon fly or something along those lines. I get those in my pond but they are yellow. Too perfect to be poop.

Not even close. It is poop. Algae composition when crushed.
