New Omosako Shiro Utsuri...opinions?

This is an 8 inch female Omosako shiro utsuri. I do not know the age. I just received this one today. It will be in quarantine for the entire winter. Too cold to put it out now. My other utsuri's are from Marusho. I always wanted one from Omosako
Opinions please?

Tho the black is yet to fill in, it's nicely patterned. Love the blue look under the skin. Expect the face to clear next year. No doubt this breeder knows how to breed shiros. His #1 son who worked with dainichi is bring some great
addition to the effort to become know for other superior color varieties. I've seen some of their showa and kohaku and have been impressed.

That's the look I wouldn't mind bringing in. His shiro's have always had my eye and finding a frame with nice clean body lines and a pattern like this has to be great. You know of course that since it will go up and down at least twice annually for the next 4 or 5 years you are on the hook for semi-annual updates for a LONG time to come

Nice Omosako Shiro, I like to sumi pattern which is nicely place and balance on the shiroji.

It is very true that Omosako has shown improvement in their Showa, if I am not mistaken... they match one of the parent oyagoi from Dainichi. Maybe someone will share with us some of the Omosako Showa?
