No one has made any pics yet. When Jim says go, the first 20 people have 24 hours to send him 10 picks, IN THE ORDER YOU WANT. He'll go through the first 20 people in the order they were received by him and you'll get your first available pick.

If one of the first 20 people sends in their pic as #150 before Jeff, then Jeff's second pick will be the one he gets. Does this make sense?

that makes about as much sense as NOTHING.
JNorth is a halfway smart fellah. and Not THAT lazy.
i figure what needs to happen is the first group sends in their top ten in the order they like and then Jnorth puts them in order with Jeff Speck first and bito second and so on...
then he gives Jeff his top pick that is available. With Bito he gets his highest pick that is available, and so on down the line...
I guess if you don't send in a list you are just pushed to the time you finally get around to doing it....

Doesn't make sense to me when I've been told by Jim that we'll be going in the order we're picked, within pods of 20. So Jeff gets his #150 without having to do the eBay sniping thing at the end and nobody beats someone else out of their place....

...Does that make sense?

The way I read it was the first 20 people would send in their 10 picks in the order they wanted them. Depending on the order Jim received them, you would get your first choice.

Guess I didn't read it correctly.
