You know, I fully understand why Eric bugs you Don, and some others. I've read most of his stuff this last couple years,(and yours) and I get it. But...

You do go overboard. As much as he does. Or more.

He was not giving his opinion of filtration, or breeding or anything else he doesn't have a good grasp of. He was just asking a general interest question. And you gave a knee jerk reaction. Negative.

I think he's gotten much better than he was say 18 months ago. And I do know this is a serious board, which is why I don't post here much. I understand I'm not in this league, and I do enjoy learning from those who are. But...

You can't teach through ridicule. You just come off as being the jerk, and most folks will just stop listening to you. If you don't like what Eric posted, and it had nothing in it that needed to be corrected, than just don't respond. Or don't read his posts, you can ignore them you know.

BTW, I'm not youknowho either. I haven't posted there for at least a year, and rarely visit there either. For all the reasons lot of other people don't. But you are starting to sound paranoid about that place.

Well said. He is the reason I don't post here either. He is a disgusting cowardly bully that gets off on belittling others especially children. I guess it makes him feel like a big man but others look at him differently.
