If you are not certain what mosquito larvae look like, post a picture and we can try to identify the insect involved.

Hey,

I've attached a pic... I've seen number 2 floating around in the water, I scooped it out and flush it out... those things looks disgusting hehehe...

At night times, I take my electric mosquito badminton racket and start zapping away, n u can literally smell bbq in the air ...

Was wondering bug zapping thing worth gettin or no?

Be careful you don't put your zapper in the water.

Russel: Thankx for the advice... I probably place the zapper a bit of distance from the water, but still no one gave input on the effectiveness of the zapper...

I am pretty sure those are vampiric mosquitoes... hehehe.

"Zapper" info

mainly they attract bugs that come to lights
to get masquitoes you need to buy one with a chemical attractant
Stinger makes one that works

I guess mosquitoes do not see the light until you kill them.
