March 2009 would be great for an end date.

good info. I think this should be included in the weekly maintenance schedule.

Water change info would definitely make a difference in the growth so it should be included, to the best of the ponders' ability.

I like the March 2009 deadline also.

Remember anything I add to the form that isn't in red is NOT mandatory. It's just for those that want to see what worked for others etc.

While I do bring my fish indoors for the winter, many in very cold climates do not so the March 2009 deadline would help the northern keepers out a lot. Hard to pull a fish from the pond when you're near freezing temps!!

If there no major objections the contest will run until March 2009.

Jim

The March '09 date is fine with me also.

Steve Nguyen mentioned having each participant having their own thread. Maybe we could set up a contestant profile page that would allow each person to post their photos at the required intervals as well. So, they would set up their profile including the original pics with corresponding ID and then add pics as required. The pics would have to be able to be linked to the main grow out page for easier viewing by all. What do you think?

Not a bad idea although we still need for each person to have their own thread. That way people can comment etc and they can post updates there long after the contest is over. I'll see what we can do though about being able to post photos all in one location. It would probably be easiest for me to get them from each persons thread and post them to a page myself so they are all the same size etc.
