I'm not so sure in today's rapid paced world, people take time to read the small print. After all, they want to hear what your opinion is because they value it. You wear many hats, and i'm not so sure it makes a difference to most cause they're just looking for your smiling face anyway!

Nice try, Steve, but to be blunt those disclaimer statements have afforded you Judges little (if any) protection: The Neanderthals that throw rocks at you can't read, much less grasp the concept of, disclaimers -- and the powers that be refuse to recognize their dissociative validity.

Faced with that reality, I'm afraid that more and more Judges (e.g., Art) will get tired of getting caught between the proverbial rockheads and the hardheads -- and just pack it all in.

As a retired teacher I have thrown away all of my thesauruses (sp?). I appreciate the support but when you retire you get flat out stupid-just ask me.
