Hi aqkoi2,
Prices for Sakai kois in auction can be from US100 to US100000.It depends on what you are looking for and what budget do you have.....I do not know who in the States are selling Sakai Hiroshima kois.Maybe some of the forum members here can help you. Cheers!

Hi Nguyen, It was nice to meet you the other day. I just want to clarify that the Koi that Koimann has been showing are from Sakai of Hiroshima. The Sakai I bring in is Toshio Sakai from Isawa, Matsunosuke.

Hi SK,
You are spot on regarding the sumi. The female parent koi have very good hi.The male parent is a Momotaro sanke with big sumi.Hopefully this sanke have inherited the sumi qualities from the male. As for Grand Champion,no way near those class!

Thumbs up

This is one of the few times I can say I saw yellow skin (esp. the head) turn white. It really can happen. Would I have had the jewels to risk it on a heavy priced fish...I don't know. Very nice sanke! Oh, by the way..would you vote for me for koi person of the year please Koimann?

Very interesting transformation of the Sanke and looks to be developing quite well. I really like the strong bone structure of the head and bodyline...Keep us posted!!!
