Sakai Sanke

Just want to share the development of this sanke.Successfully bidded for this sanke during Sakai's March07 auction.Second picture was taken right after harvesting from mudpond in Nov and 60cm.

A nice progression, and an excellent example showing how the white can change as a Koi matures.

From 30cm to 60cm in one summer is impressive, too.

Hello Koimann, How are you doing? my computer had a problem, it was in a hospital quite long....after all, lost many file including your emails...

How is temperature in your area? A friend of mine went to Taiwan for judging the ZNA koi show of Taiwan branch on Dec 1st & 2nd, he was so surprised because the temperature was still 30 degrees high in there compared with 8 degrees in Japan at that time.

Very nice, Koimann! Growth is definitely staggering, something that an average backyard koi pond can't achieve!

I'm fine.Over here the temperature is always the same as we have tropical climate.

The sanke was kept at Sakai's mudpond,that is why she grew well. Last night,she safely arrived back home from Hiroshima.Hopefully I can continue to improve and grow her...
