Look What I Got

A Christmas present from my wife and Richard of San Joaquin Koi. This gave us quite a scare as UPS put it on the wrong truck yesterday so I got it a day late. Here she is, just before going into the QT tank. She's pretty pink here after being in a box for two and a half days, but she's looking much better now. I'll post a better picture in a few days.

Actually she's pretty white already, But I'm going to give her a couple of weeks to recoup before I bowl her. But I will, remind me.

This fish was shipped overnight and did not arrive until the morning of the following day after steve went to get it. The fact she has held up this well is a tribute to the preparation and packaging skills of SJ koi.
