My recent experience with MysticKoi

I wanted to relate my recent experience with Bill at Mystic Koi. I needed to upgrade my filtration system and was definitely interested in the Nexus eazy200. Not knowing anything but what I read on the internet, I sent an email asking questions and he responded quickly. I sent him another email asking more questions which he promptly replied to. I even sent him another email asking more questions and he answered this one just as quickly and politely. I told him I'm not very handy so he even drew up diagrams of how the installation should go and made sure all the components were included, including the ball valves and the proper pump. He didn't try to upsize me, just gave me the information I asked for. Although I did go to the Airtech 80 and added extra kaldness.

I placed my order on 20 December. Since I live out in the sticks it seems the trucking company only delivers to my town one day a week and because of the holidays it had a 3 January delivery date. I was hoping to have it done over the holidays as I was off until the 2nd and had to leave town on the 3rd. He made a call to the trucking company and set it up so that I could pick it up in Austin on Dec 28 instead of waiting until 3 Jan for delivery. Needless to say I picked it up and had the system up and running before the 1st.

During the holidays when one normally gets spotty customer service, Bill went above and beyond the call to get me up and running and some one like that should be recognized.

Well Done Bill and thanks for everything. I know I will be doing more business with you in the future.

Mike

nice to see credit being given.....

I think many of us who have had any contact with Mystic know that Bill runs a first class outfit and that they do genuinely love what they do and care about each customer. It is refreshing in this day and age to have customer service done to our satisfaction. Thanks for bringing it up

I can't disagree w/ you. Bill is an outstanding guy.

Most of my filtration system is from him.

Give Credit where credit is due

Been working with Bill @ Mystic Koi for better than three years now on several purchases. Bill, without a doubt, goes out of his way to take care of the customer. I have many stories I could share about this-and-that regards to shipping products from Mystic Koi to Spokane, WA. I can tell you from experience, when there is a question, he will respond professionally and on time.

There are great vendors scattered around the USA that subscribe to customer service in a like manner. Our koi hobby is better off for it, congrats to all those vendors and lets make way for a great 2008 koi season!
