Mark, that's SUPREME over lord, NOT HIGH over lord! Besides I already have my concerns about the nature/origin of the raisins sent to me ( I am a hamster and gerbil keeper after all). I can't imagine the anxiety receiving strange brownies would cause?

One of my Far Out Subjects ( substitute 'S.P.V. lifetime members' here) asks about a pond tour of our far out member's ponds. I will be supplying pictures of MY pond, MY gerbils and MY marine aquariums. You will respond in kind with words of praise. I will look into, for appearance sake, the availability of the shuttle although I don't trust those tiles.
And remember, the shape of the cookie is not important. It is the quantity and quality of the cookie that is most important.

Over and Far out, Supreme overlord.

He recalls the 1870s very well. Only near-term memory creates issues.

The 70's aren't so much a problem... But if you remember the 60's, you probably weren't there.

I do tend to mix them up. Where did the 60's end? By the way, that was pre-koi (new word) for me. New thread:how long have you been in the hobby?

So if I ate the brownies, that means I DO remember the 1960s-70s or that means I couldn't possibly remember the 1960s- 1970s?

I discovered koi as an extention of tropical fish keeping ( marine and freshwater) in 1979-80. I got my first koi in 1984 and built my first pond in 1985. Joined my first koi club in 1988-89. And showed my first koi in 1991. JR

Hmmm, The "Saphire Platinum Velvet Lifetime" membership sounds a bit too pricey for a serf like me, is there a membership level in the line of "Quartz Aluminum Flannel Hourly" membership?

Dear applicant, we are in the process of hammering out the details on an Iron pyrite tin burlap annual membership. And you are invited to be our first 'annual' IPTB member. You will have access to the Renfield newsletter (THE official IGKU publication, accept no other!) and be able to access the new website- but this will require both dial up web service and proof of longfin ownership. And cookies will not be accepted as payment. The terms of this membership require daily log ons and words of adoration to be posted after each of my copious postings, in lieu of the usual fee. Failure to comply will result in possible banning, return of all free goods and potential legal action. Otherwise-- welcome aboard the largest, and bestest koi club/starship in the Universe.

Sincerely, Supreme Over Lord Saint James

Hmmmm, I was quite willing to go along with Supreme Over Lord, but slipping that "Saint" in the title may cause me problems. Will this get me banned from the IPTB?
