Is this a Isa showa or sanke?

I just got this Isa showa that has an ice cube on it's head. It's name will be Ice Cube.
The showa has no black on it's head but for a faint behind the skin that you can see on the picture but in person her head is really white (other than the red, hi), and you can't see any real or future black on it's head. To me it looks like a sanke. So i double checked with kodama and they said it is a showa. What do you think?

Also I am includeing a picture of the sanke I picked up. It's the tancho one.

Another thing is the showa... was listed as an 2006 born and 18.9 inches. When it came though it looks to be 23-24 inches and is atleast 6inches longer and 4 times the girth than the sanke that was listed at 17.7. It's a huge fish! I'm NOT complaining! Just shareing my suprise.
somethings fishy. :-) let me know what you guys think about this showa if it is one?

I'd have to say showa.. Very unusual markings!! I am not sure how that head spot would be viewed by the judges at a show. Technically, it is a large window in the beni which is usually viewed as a serious fault, but because it is so interesting the judges may not hold it against the koi?? I'd love to hear from some judges on this one. Personally....I like it!

I would say showa on the left, sanke on the right. I almost went to buy that sanke, I like that one.

sanke

When I saw the sanke on kodama I thought it was more a show fish than the showa, but when they arrived the showa is so impressive i hardly glance at the sanke.
The sanke is still a great fish and i can't wait till i get it in the pond. I may take them to the NWest koi show in july along with some other jems I have.

To be honest, the window on the showa's head is a major flaw. I wouldn't consider that one for showing in competition. The Sanke...nice fish and time will tell.

I would say Showa. Definitely unique. If the sumi lurking under the circle comes up, she will be a sweetheart of a fish.

I still like it!

Well then it's a good pond fish anyhow. I knew that it did not fit the showa show type pattern. but, i like it and the sanke is really good it's just having them in the same tank together you are drawn to the 23-24 inch showa.

born in 2006 the sanke is good size at nearly 18 inches but this showa is 23-24 inch gaint born in 2006. maybe i can get most unusually showa or something.

Hey how bought my hi showa what do you think of his show potential?
