Questions for Shawn and the Boys at Mystic...

Many of us (myself included) have never purchased Koi from you before, and a fair number live a goodly distance from Cali.
What are the shipping methods you normally use and/or prefer for cross-county shipments of Koi? I need to start making plans REAL SOON for how to git'er'done

In my case I have not had the best of experiences with UPS or FedEx when it comes to time sensitive shipments coming my way...

Tom... thanks man.

Right... we very much prefer to use air cargo services. We are a "known shipper" with all the major carriers. These airlines have different names for their services, but we always us the most expidited service available. We hope that everyone takes advantage of the air cargo service (cheaper, more reliable), but where requested, we can ship FedEx overnight.

Kind Regards,
Bill

Basically they ship airport to airport. You pick it up at the freight terminal at the airport near you. It's the best way to go in my opinion because the box of koi is handled by a lot LESS people. You're bound by flight times but it's worth it.

I wasn't the least bit worried about MYSTIC git'en'er done... Jez wanted to make sure I was ready and informed as to their preferred method for shipment.
Will Rogers International Airport in OKC ain't exactly the air transportation hub of the world ya know, and it beats the dog squeeze out of Tulsa
Delta and United both do nonstops to LAX, and Express Jet does LA/Ontario and San Diego, but Express Jet is the only one that does non-stop from there to here
I love where I live (most of the time) but some days it really sucks to be me
