OK folks... we're working on the shipping logistics and would appreciate some help. We already have most of your information (those that ordered on-line anyway), but could use some help with the shipping end of things. It is difficult for us to go through all the orders and determine the best airport for each of you, and so ask that you fill in your information once more in the form below (copy and paste). Then, either email us at
info@mystickoi.com or PM us here directly. Please title the email or PM as
"Shiro Shipment". Also, please fill out the form even if you are sharing a shipment. One note about "shared shipments". A shared shipment means that all the koi will be in the same bag/box. You will then need to sort them out on your end. If you need extra bags to sort them after receipt, please also make a note in the email or PM.

Please let us know in advance if there is any time period when you will not be available to pick up your koi.
Payment - Charges will be applied to your existing credit card on file. Charges will be only for the actual cost of the air cargo service (we do not add in any handling or box charges). If you did not pay on-line, then you need to contact us to arrange for shipping charges.
