When Andy walked in we asked him if he was going to wack someone.LOL

Here are some pictures of an American hobbiest and an American Shinkokai at the party Saturday night.

The pictures of the crowd are to show the reaction between the two on the stage and everyone else. It was quite amazing. While Joel and Andrew were on the stage the crowd was chanting USA, USA, USA, USA, USA..............

It was larger than last year, 1700+ Koi. It was a great thrill to have the US win the ultimate in Koi awards. I spoke with many of the breeders and their feeling was very much the same.
The level of quality was outstanding, as usual, and just like last year the show ended before we had time to really look at all of the entrants.
It is a must see event.

Yes he did and he was quite excited. He took two Sakura, one best in variety as well as a few others. He did well.
