Tony,
I hope they would have the same event next year. I'll be going back to Manila for my dad's B-day. And will stay for over a month.

I'll be flying to Manila on August for 3 weeks. Then next year to Japan then Manila again...Palawan here I come...

Tony, If you will go scuba diving Palawan is one of the great divespots to go to. Say Hello to that 1 meter Lapu-lapu (grouper) for me will you.

wow, Hawaii koi show on June 21st? sounds great. Ann's last day at school for this year is on June 17.... Need to work out with DW for a break in Hawaii.... Will try to plan for this show.....

BTW, many of you already know, just want to reminder that Hawaii koi club is the oldest koi/goldfish club in America....

Great people involved with this show really "Da Kine", I wish I could make it and with Sakai SFF there it makes for an even better show. My B-Day is acouple days before the show, maybe I can see if I have some funds for that.

I don't know if that lapu-lapu (grouper) is still alive. A lot of Japanese divers are fascinated with her and some local put a mirror under water and it fights with it(own image). She is very friendly though.

Which resort is that Lapu Lapu at? I will be going to Club Noah for a couple of days then on to Boracay....

That resort is owned by San MIguel Corp. Thay have their own landing strip in the island if I recall it right.
