Actually, I understand the petrochemical soil contamination is fairly substantial. Is an indemnity of clean-up costs included?

...Seriously, so many of these Ebay listings are so ridiculous that Ebay should be concerned about being a co-conspirator in perpetuating fraud. The folks who luck onto a Rombold-bred and some other sources are fortunate. A domestic breeder who posts on another board I'll not name, seems fond of creating super rare hybrids of tremendous value, such as Kujaku crossed with Chagoi. Truly unique, one-of-a-king offspring.... all 221,000 of them. One is born every minute.

Of course, and he is also quoted as saying - “Without promotion something terrible happens... Nothing!” I think this applies as well!

And then there is "truth in advertising" and "Unfair trade practices"...oops, never mind, they are simply laws of the land that apparently do not apply to ebay?

LOL....this reminds me of a story when i was doing coin shows as a dealer . a dealer friend of mine wants to sell me his so call "rare coin". i said....yeah, your coin is so rare that i have 3 of them for sale at my table.

Hi Russell, no I have not. Kinda busy with things. Koi isnt as important in my life as it is to you.
