Surprise Mystic Koi Grow-out award: Luke Frisbee

Send your address to Bill at Mystic to claim your 2k bag of EAShow koi food Luke . Here is how this award worked. I looked at the grow-out forum to see who posted in the last week and put the names in a hat. I drew Lukes so he wins. There will be more of these surprise awards but you'll have to be in the right place at the right time to get one .

That is very admirable of you.
I am not the most popular poster on this board so I doubt that the "random name Generator" was rigged. However I wish that you would give the machine another kick and pull out another name.

I have no personal knowledge of the food; I do know it must be a quality food from those I see using it.
But as you can see from the attached photo, I feed the Koi at my house quite a bit. (That is 13 forty lbs bags. I fed that over the last 10 months ..which includes the slow Winter period and fasting for a month or more. )
So you see even though the food you offered is very good food I doubt that I would notice it.
And I am quite content with Blackwater Creek Gold Koi Food mixed in with Blackwater Growth Blend. at a rate of 1:1 (or 1:2 when I don't have alot of free cash). I Mix them because i believe the Probiotic Joe adds to his GOLD food is worthwhile, but I gotta lot of mouths to feed, and Joe put more of the probiotics in his food than other people do so I cut it down.
I would also have a hard time determining what pellets the Omasakos were eating, and have a difficult time giving the amount as a percentage in my Grow out thread.
Pretty much all I feed them is Blackwater soaked in milk or orange juice when i got the time, and freeze-dried shrimp.

So once again, Thanks, But I'd love for this product to go to someone that would appreciate that small an amount (ROFLMAO), and notice if it helps them...

Now I need to go buy a lottery ticket.......

Well c'mon now Luke...you know damn well that rigging things is not the style around here . I'll draw another name later today and whoever wins be sure to thank Luke.

Quick, somebody run over to Luke's place and net him out of the pond!!! I'm sure he had a stroke and fell in after reading "gracious" and "humble" in the same sentence as "Luke"
