Keep us posted. I really like Torazo's fish. Been there many times. Have a Kohaku and Goshiki from him. I also have a Kohaku from Marudo that I'm growing out right now - nothing "high class" just good quality.

Under $15K, then I would have to say it would fetch and easy $12K...The bone structure looks like the fish can achieve 36" easy. Big pattern matched with big bold conformation, would leave no doubt in any judges mind.

Is the Kohak going to stay in Japan for 3 years?

The great thing going for this Kohak is that the quality is good enough to be grown on. If the fish can reach 32" in the 5th year then I would say it has great chance to compete maybe in the ZNA All-Japan level, now if the fish hits 36" in it's 6-7th year then I would say it has a great chance to compete at AJKS Shinkokai.
