Yes, we love them. Started with one; we now have four.

Don,
Have you tried shutting off your uv? I know that Erwin shut off his UV.

So? What's the impression like for you now they've been in for a while? Worthwhile?

Michael . . .

No, we've never turned off the UV. Guess we could -- but never have?

Grant . . .

Fact: Will never again be without a Clarity unit.

Even with the best pond and practices, it removes stuff that has to be seen to be believed.

Here's a short series of pix by way of illustration:

. June: One month in, heavy feeding

. Nov series: Before cleaning

. After cleaning

. 1 minute after startup

. 5 minutes after startup

. 30 minutes after startup

. 1 1/2 hours after startup

. Typical morning foam this time of year/feeding

. Highly reflective water surface seen during morning feed (air and skimmers turned off)

Don, I can not get the foam production that you have, somehow my docs are not there since I do daily water changes.

I doubt that water changes account for our differences, Ryan.

Even though it's Nov, and feeding has been cut back by more than a third (pond is down to 64 degrees), I'm still flowing through & changing out 800/900 gpd on a 6K pond -- or 14% per day.

Maybe not the water changes per say then it must the the quality of our source water. I can tell you one thing though, right after hurricane Ike (remember when I called you) I was w/o electricity for a week & the water quality when down hill. As soon as I got power back, the Clarity went nuts w/ the most amount of foam prodution I've ever seen but a few days later with the normal routine I do, very little foam production.

Definately putting one of these on my "wish list". 2009 will be an expensive equipment year for me. Luckily, I decided already no koi next year, just gear.

Thanks Don, you're making me broke!!!
