| Planned breeding successful!!!! SHOWA!!! This is my second year breeding koi at home. This is the pair I used. The female is on the right..20 inches from Isa. The Male on the left is 18 inches fromTakahashi. I checked them this morning to find they spawned in my 440gal pool...on spawning brushes. I thought they were finished. I moved them to my 1200 gal pool so they would not eat the eggs. They decided to continue spawning...and have been going at it all day!!! I didn't even need to add ******!!! I'll get some pics up soon....hopefully some nice fry to cull!!!
