Could you be more specific? I read the minutes quoted (2003) and did not find anything. In the minutes of the last meeting, there was mention of a collecting agency but there did not seem to be anything that should be brought up on Koi Beto. Mac

Motion: To direct KOI USA Board to give Tom Graham 60 day notice. Motion by Burt, 2nd by Joan. Approved with 2 opposed. Joan will call an emergency KOI USA meeting. It was also stated that Bill Thompson has resigned from the KOI USA Board for personal reasons.

I think this is because of business conflicts.....?

Well, I went back and reread twice and I finally saw the above information just a stated. My appologies. When you get old, eyes start to dim. I hate to hear about all this as Tom is a friend of mine but I am also a firm supporter of AKCA. I hope things can be worked out for the best to all parties. Mac

If this is in deed a fact.....................What was he thinking? I know he has been around this hobby/industry end as long if not longer then I, and I have been in it for over 19 yrs now.........................not a wise move IMHO. And if the website I found is in deed his then he is catering to the water garden side of the hobby...................."Shaking head thingy"
