the word means his new sumi, which is marusome. he is the first breeder to get both beni ( done by other breeders) and sumi together to scallop and fill the scale

But it was not something I wanted to do for personal reasons. I've helped judge a few on line shows from photos and was invited to judge an independent show put on by a dealer. I enjoyed that immensely. (cause i got to teach as we went along I quess if i had a magic wand to do something besides teaching with koi it would be to work for someone and breed koi.

I've been very lucky to have exposure with Hobbyists, and breeders...two different vocuses that I understand and appreciate and feel comfortable in. Thanks Tony for the Acknowledgement...
