A Touch of Colour

I managed to get a bit of spare time, so thought I would take a few photo's of the main pond.

Very pleased how this one turned out.

Thanks, the pond is 7,500 uk gallons, it has two aerated bottom drains, feeding two Nexus 300.

If you intrested in how I built the pond the following link will take you to the pond build on my website.

Koi Pond Build

I have recently fitted a set of Bakki showers to the pond.

Thought this would let me increase the amount of koi I could keep in the pond as well as being able to increase the amount I can feed.

Regards
Chris

Some of the koi are bred by me and the rest are bred in Japan. The big Kohaku in the centre in bred by Saito San of Shintaro Koi Farm, I spawned her this year along with the Showa. The other large Kohaku on the left is bred by Momotaro.

Chris
