I really like this variety. One of the finer points I read about was the nice, clean white line at the base of the dorsal fin. They consider it the equivalent of clean white teeth in a smiling face (..so I have read).

I was surfing one of my dealer's site and he had this fish on there. It was marked sold, but it really caught my eye when I saw it.

Like JR and other have expressed about the fish it is nice now, but it can only get really darker as it matures. The fact that it is male it will finish off really soon within the next couple of months.

Exactamundo! Converted in 2003 - just a hair under 10k gal.

The good thing about how Mike converted his pool into a pond, is that if he ever wanted to sell his house, it's not going to cost him an "arm and a leg" turning it back into a pool...
