Even if the tests came back positive I doubt it would amount to failure for Joel.

Who in thier right mind (even competitors) would feel they stood to gain by Joel's problems? Not nice at all.

I am relieved and happy for him.

It is only natural that others would see a silver lining as they tried to fill a void. But those who have been in the business understand that when any of the highly regarded dealers encounter such a problem, the undermining of consumer confidence will adversely impact all. This is excellent news for everyone in the business in the U.S. There are enough challenges in the current economy without a consumer scare at the start of summer.
