Daydreaming....

Anybody besides me sit around once in while daydreaming about a fish they have in the mud somewhere??

My avatar is sitting in Quality's mud... I hope he's doing OK. I often wonder what he'll come out like...

I often wonder about mine. My avatar is also in the mud at Quality Koi, and this is the second year, so of course I often wonder. I also have another 5 in the mud a Brett's so I spend most of my time thinking about the future and not the present. I've always been a dreamer so it fits my personality, although reality rarely measures up to one's dreams.

One never knows what they will turn out to be, but I am hoping for that future show winner.

I don't own the showa at the link above but I sure have an affiliation. Having had Koi in the 'mud' before I certainly appreciate your excitement/anticipation/concern.

An interesting facet of the modern Koi hobby!
