| Reserve t180 #180 has a nice body, thick tail tube, a nice submerged pattern and if that sumi under the tancho comes up, she's going to look like Bill's avatar! Her tancho is a little lopsided but once the sumi comes up, it won't matter. |

| Nice body on 146, Sandy. I rated this fish 26. I like the shiroji and sumi placement on the back half of this fish and I especially like the tail section. What put this fish down the ladder for me was the pointy face and the lack of motoguro. Very nice pick, I look forward to your future postings. |

I rated this fish 39. This was one of the split fins I was going to gamble on (if given the chance). Rated 39 it made my top 40. I liked the strength of the shiroji and the placement of the underlying sumi. If you color it in, it's almost perfect and look at that tail stop. The head is very clean and the body line, while under developed, seems true and promising. The leading rays, on the pecs, appear whole although the shape says male to me. The motoguro on one side, at this age, doesn't bother me. Nice choice Sandy and I have no doubt, with the TLC you'll give it, that fin will heal whole. | |

| As I was viewing the group bowled in the other thread, I just couldn't take my eyes off of 146 and 134. Now that I've read your commentary and stats on the fish I realize that both of those were on my pick list...way up there. *LOL* I just did not recognize them. They're both lovely fish and I hope you share a gazillion pics of them (all!) as they grow up. They look better than the pics we chose from. Now I'm all excited and can't wait until Thursday when my own fish get here. ![]() Best of luck! You have some very nice contenders there~ ![]()

| Thanks, Marie. They do look quite a bit different now. The skin luster is not there but I'm sure it's due to shipping stress. If the weather cooperates, Monday or Tuesday I'll pull them individually and take better pics. BTW, 134 is quite a looker! She's very small but WHAT A PATTERN! |
