I used to go to Red Sails for breakfast alot.
The place I mentioned are much better for seafood dinners.
Plus the one down at G St, called The Fish Market is excellent-or Anthony's is good.
I've sold fish to them all the Fish Market, Sails, Anthony's and the Brigantine.

It all depends on how much fish is coming in...anywhere from $3-$6 pound.
Restraunts have to pay us more because they usually only buy 1 at a time.
Our regular market would buy everything we catch....tons at a time.

Their cheap compared to koi

How we weigh fish is what we call dressed out/which means we have taken the heads off and guts out..(plus remove fins)
swordfish are usually between 100lbs and 400lbs each, sharks are from 25lbs to 300lbs normally(some bigger/some smaller)
