    Hi Jackson

You have a cold joint, as Frank tried to explain to you this morning. And you can not seal with CIM..

Is this done with concrete or gunite?

Concrete will be almost impossible to seal old/new together.

Gunite it much more do able, if done properly, you could try water epoxy, and or plastering..

Give us a call when you are down here, we might be able to meet up with you, and give you some more advice..

    Good Luck with your leak
