I got it!!!!!!!!!!!! I was so nervous, I was shaking. LOL I got it really, really bad.

Carrie, Iím sorry you didnít get any. I did the test auction last night to make sure mine was working.

I bet thereís going to be a lot left over. There were a lot of very good fish so you might find another one.

I logged in last night and this AM. But I couldn`t get back on when I refreshed.

Oh well....I`m sure my picks are gone. And this must be fate intervening since I said "no more tosai"

ahhh but Carrie... You're actually buying nisai in a wierd way because of summer in the mudddddd~!!! Green light !!! Buy !! Buy!!! Buy!!!!

And yes Sandy! Despite missing out on #9 (I didn't see the updated photos last night) #34 and #9 were very close for me ! So I'm happy. I wish I could have gotten one of my other choices but that's OK!

Congrats to whoever got Sanke #19. A special atmosphere to that one on top of the other qualities. That was my top pick for Sanke, but there are some others I had on a short list. With #19 gone, perhaps I can make myself focus on the others.

As in the past, the crazies among us jump in at the bell. Then the pace goes slow for the rest of the week. About half are taken, but among those not taken are several on my list of top 5 Showa and top 5 Sanke. So, I'll study some more. I remember how last Fall the unsold ones came out of the mud and folks were amazed.

    # 9 does look great, I hope she likes Virginia after a summer in NJ mud. Very nice koi and they sure went quick!

you got #9? Great! Now I can see how she turns out. I was afraid someone who does not frequent the boards may have gotten her and I'd never see her again.

The new Showas from Quality are great. Our club visited two weeks ago and saw some of them. The sumi is lacquer black on a 7 inch fish. They are amazing. I know we are going to be amazed at Harvest. They should also grow large based on the genetics. The only problem is now waiting until harvest.

You could not go wrong with any of the 55 this time

Good. ...So, why all this agonizing over a selection?

I got the 'serious' Showa #41 I wanted. She will be a dark fish, but the body looked good in the photo. And, a Sanke unlike any I have that's just for fun.

Nice koi Mike, the body looks good and the 3 colors on the head looks nice. The sumi should come in nicely and make a great pattern. I love the motoguro in the pecs.
