I am with Bryan... beautiful art indeed....

Seven Wives, just wondering why you call it "the Asian Painting Style" ?

Oh, because Asian artists used to write down some poems with singnature on their paintings. That can show their calligraphy and poetry skill also. Other country's painters mostly just put a tiny signature on a corner.
Actually I am wondering whether I should do this in US? If every feedback tells me that is redundance, I will just sign for it as a normal painting. What do you think, Dinh?

Thank you, duc. It takes me a lease half months to finish. But hobby is just a relaxed work.

The calligraphy adds authenticity and is pleasing to my eye. However, if your poem was in English or romanized, it would detract. For most westerners, the presence of a caption/poem on a painting degrades the piece into the advertising poster style or the "too cute" love and flower power kitsch of the late 1960s. Different cultural traditions.

Thanks for telling me. It is very useful information that I can't learn from library. Thanks.
