When we have enough members to sign up for. We as a team will decide how shipping, QT process, blood tested for KHV or not blood tested for KHV etc... It is all up to participants to decide.

    What a great opportunity!

I wish I could afford to do it.

It's going to be fun watching the results.

Is there a fee for the sanke to be shipped from Japan to the States?

I'm asking for others since I'm so broke I can barely afford koi food.

Ryan, the $1K includes shipping from Japan to the States. The only other fee is the shipping fee from either Portland or San Jose (depending on who will be handling them) to participants' homes. For a small sanke, shipping via SWA from either San Jose or Portland should be no more than $60.

I think that this is a great opportunity to see how Momotaro Ryu sanke develop compared to Dainichi Hotaru sanke. I hope that you, Tom, Duc and other Texas kichiis will participate because rumor has it that there are many San Jose hobbyists who are interested. Friendly regional competition?!

BTW, we all know that you are NOT broke. C'mon Ryan, who are you kidding? I will give Tom a call later tonight or tomorrow and see if he is interested.
