You are in a difficult spot. Getting conflicting advice from several different sources has you going in several directions at the same time and that can drive you nuts if you let it.

    So don't let it.
You two need to step back for a few moments, agree on one unified plan to correct your problems, and go with that. For some reason I can't see any of your pictures but the others can. That is good for you because they are REALLY good at this.
Breath deeply, don't get frustrated, and let the KHA's walk you through it step by step. You and your fish will be all the happier for it if you do.

Someone mentioned if our uv light was working or not.

So, we are making sure and replacing it. We are getting 40 watt quartz sleeve, three 40 watt lamp, rubber seal of quartz sleeve.

JR summed up what needs to be done in post #10.

If you just put all these fish in 2 weeks ago, that's why your water quality is out of whack. It's going to take 4-6 weeks for the filters to mature.

You need to either find a Vet that can treat fish or someone in your club that can treat them. A KHA can't give injections to your fish but you can given them. We can walk you through it if you can't find a Vet.

I know this is tuff but it's all part of the learning curve.
The views expressed above are my own personal views and, as such, do not necessarily reflect the views of the AKCA or the KHA program.

JR, mentioned I needed some meds.

I'm not quite sure what I am supposed to ask a vet for,or for what script for meds/antibiotics I need. I'm not sure if the vet near me will do this for me. Where should I turn to if not?

    Thanks,

    Lori

I did another water change of 20% last night. So, that will be three days in a row of 20% water change. am I wrong??

I thought water change(s) was good and needed more, when N02 & N03 is a little off like mine is.

I was told by club person, that I have done enough water changes for good three weeks. I am not allowed to do anymore water changes. I ran out of Dechlor for now anyways.

there is no limit to water changes if done in small percentages, some ponds run with a constant trickle in and trickle out, so a 24/7 water change!

it might be time to update every one to the health sistuation of your koi, who is ill and syptoms.
    water test results.
    ect...

My husband just put Prazi,Proform C and mixed it with water in the pond.
We never done this so, it is first for us.

I don't know if I should test the water now.
