    Paste recipes?

    So I have a list of ingrediants to add in a paste, but I am wondering how to decide one HOW MUCH of each do you add in.

    Gelatin- 3 packets
    OJ-1/2 Cup
    Special juice with 5130 mg of Spirulina, 15830 mg of Chlorella, 405 mg of Green Tea, 390 mg of Broccoli, 390 mg of Spinach, 290 mg of Barley Grass, 290 mg of Wheat grass, 200 mg of Blue Green Algae, 200 mg of Echinacea, 200 mg of Garlic, 17 mg of Jerusalem Artichoke, 17 mg of Lemon Bioflavonoids, 115 mg of Zinc, 19 mg of Manganese, 17 mg of Iron, 765 mcg of Folic Acid, 23 mg of Vitamin A, 190 mcg of Vitamin B6, 11 mcg of B12, and 400 mg of vitamin c.- Cup
    Shrimp- bag of it (Small bag)
    Ultimate Koi clay-1/2 cup
    Brown rice-1/2 Cup
    Flax seed meal- 1/8 cup
    Pearl Barley-1/4
    -----------------------------------------------
    Anything I should nix, add, or use in moderation?

    Here's a recipe posted on my club's web site. I don't know how it relates to yours, but you might get an idea of quantities from it.

    I don't understand a few of your choices. The Pearl Barley and Brown Rice have poor nutrient profiles pretty much across the board and using them demands the addition of vitamin and mineral extracts to compensate.

    Whoops, my bad! I'm just 15, but learning! anything I should add to the recipe if I nix both of those?

    The most commonly used grain is Wheat. Whole Wheat has a much higher nutrient profile than the Pearl Barley or Brown Rice.
