David wishes that if he Wins the Auction, that the Bottle of Wine be shipped to Ben to be Opened at Laguna Koi's Reopening !

While Ben and I were chatting in the pouring rain and tossing trash into the back of a stake-bed truck, I asked him if he liked wine. "Yes" he replied.

With that I segued into Troy's auction thread and David's munificent bid.

Now it might have been the rain, but I do think that Ben was moved to tears when he realized that a complete stranger would extend him that kind of generosity.

Such is the stuff from which legends are made.
