    I would definately check your local koi club to see if someone can lend you a tank. The UK has tons of very experienced koi keepers. There is no downside to joining a club either .     If this helps, just get some O2 from your local aquarium shop and bag them . If you're a regular , probably get it for free. Bring these o2 filled bags with you and transfer the 02 from the bag via a hose to the bagged kois. This worked for me many times.
