My humble 2.5 year old pond

Started this hobby about 2.5 years back and a lot of modification + DIY projects have been done to bring the pond to what it is today

Chamber 1 - DIY Sieves and brushes
    Chamber 2 - Jap mat
Chamber 3 - Ceramic bio rings and oyster shells
Chamber 4 - UV and return pump
Others - DIY bakki shower and misting system

The best reward of our efforts is in seeing the koi healthy and happy, swimming all around . But then, ups and downs are there , just like us :-)

A DIY is always unbeatable . Some good koi there .

    Best regards

Nice looking koi Kevin. They look pretty happy. Your DIY efforts are paying off. I'm looking into following your footsteps on misting the pond to lower temps for the coming summer. But without fans and running misters off mains pressure.

Is there a settling chamber in your setup?
