I downloaded and read Dr. Gomelsky's e-book. Excellent, while aimed at the kichi he still gets the science in there with due deference to tradition and then ending upon mystery. At under $10 it is a gift from Boris to the the koi world.

I'm trying to decide whether or not to go for Kindle unlimited, but either way I'm going to be getting a copy of this e-book. Most of the genetic information that I've studied over the years has come mostly from sources on guppies (US, Germany, Canada and Japan) or food fish and depending on the author, could be incredibly hard to follow. From the preview I've seen Dr. Gomelsky breaks the subject down to it's practical components, making the subject easier to understand.

Thanks for making me aware of the book's existence Jim!
