The sumi looks very good. Do you know whether their Shiro Utsuri have been "re-created" using Matsukawabake ?


In the U.S. we have Koi Market (in New York) dealing in Yoshikigoi imports, and Beni Hanna Nishikigoi (New Jersey) is breeding with oyagoi from Yoshikigoi. The metallics and doitsu being brought in from Poland are stand outs. I have not seen enough of their gosanke and SU's to form an opinion, but the SU in your photo could turn out wonderfully if the head whitens. Do you know the age of the fish?
