    Are all koi sales final?

Just wondering if a person buys a koi from a dealer, is that dealer obiligated to return the customers money, if the customer no longer wants the koi?

What do you want to rent them??
I would think that if you buy the koi and it is fine, you are sort of stuck with it.

LOL, were did you come up with this thread Tonio? I guess it is kind of like buying a car, once it leaves the show room it is yours, I guess you could sell it back to them the next day for 1/2 of what you paid.

    koi returns

i guess it depends on your relationship with your dealer. Ive had my dealer give me replacement fishes for kois whose hi starting fading. I also had a chagoi replaced when its mouth started getting disfigured after 2 months in my pond. He just leaves the "damaged" kois in my pond. BTW these kois are not so expensive... japanese imports around 50 to 100 dollars worth...
