Dwight...your absolutely correct...same planet, different worlds.
Even if I had the money sitting there..with nothing to do with it..I still could not hand it over for a fish. A little voice in my head would be saying...are you insane? It's a fish!!!
How many others here would have that same little voice???

So, praytell, what was the asking price for these tosai? Are they from Sakai Hiroshima or Momotaro? Their's are probably the MOST EXPENSIVE tosai I've ever heard of!! If these aren't more than $40,000 then they don't compare with the prices paid at the auctions of the afforementioned breeders.

Hi, Koiczar. If we could afford, How much would you like to spend for these tosai? They are from Dainichi

I would really love to see a picture for $40K tosai from the auctions of the afforementioned breeders.... Do you have any pics?

    Momo Tosai

I fell in love with a beautiful Momotaro Kohaku tosai in '05 (before the KHV news surfaced) and tried to bid on her.....but was NEVER in the running. The tosai went for over 30K to a dealer from Singapore. I contacted him to try and get an asking price and his reply was "make me an offer".
