LOL.. Thnx for the "well wishes" .......

and then the snow came....that night...1 1/2 feet of it, white out conditions...That's my quarantine pond with the 4 koi I just got in......that day....(That was a long drive back from Denver)

But we did get the footers poured

I can't wait to see your infinity edge koi pond, it'll be spectacular! What a great showcase for your fabulous koi, and with room for a few more too

I think you need to add a couple of Russ's new Hoshikin's to the list of contents!? LOL!!

I know you were telling me about the snow when you were here, but to see the pics - it goes way beyond what I was imagining.
Hope that season has come to an end and you can get back to getting things done.

And that, in a nutshell, is why I told you we decided NOT to move to Colorado Springs! Snow, too much snow. I understand you had some of that white "stuff" when you got back from OKC? Yuch!

Your pond is going to be spectacular! But, with all due respect to Jim, please DON'T break a leg!

Ok....snow cleared and back on track, albeit a bit delayed......foundation walls poured, and sump pump placed..feeling a little safer compared to 2 years ago.....but not counting chickens just yet....off to OKC show.....

FYI.. the engineers required a liner for underneath the planned gunite pool, rock layer and a drain to a sump pump to give us the permit....The sleeves through the foundation wall between the two buildings are for pipework. The one is the outbuilding on the far side is for those floor drains for waste from the filters and water changes. Dedicated 50 amp electrical service and gas for heater and the Guardian auto generator lines are visible. For now.
