If you like the fish, and you're not planning on showing... Of course you should buy it. A defect like that may be a good way to get a quality fish with nice skin, nice colours, nice pattern for little dough. I guess it all depends on if you like it, and your plans for it. (of course price would play a role as well)

To my knowledge, a bent fin isn't a health indicator so you should be safe there. Someone who knows a lot more than I may tell you otherwise regarding the health (there are a whole lot on here who know a lot more than I)

Have you got a picture of the whole fish? And if you don't mind sharing, a price would help as well with people's opinion.

This fish's fin does not appear to be bent, it has been "cut" for whatever reason,e.g. infection, broken front ray. If you look at the directional flow of the rays of the fin, you don't see ANY curving or change of direction of ANY of the rays. If this is the case, the fin should grow back over time and MAY completely fill back in to a normal shape. If you can buy it for a well discounted price, it may end up being a very good bargain!

Ive seen the fish and it is bent i can see it dangling down (kind off) its a great fist i hope i can get a good deal out off it. I have another fish and it has a split fin on her back fin its still there and its been bothering me she got it one time when she was spawning. She's been doing that very often and since my room is right next to the pond ive been lossing some sleep cuz im afraid that she would be injured

You won't have much luck growing back a front pectral ray bone or
    front bone on the dorsal....

If you like it/and its a fair price- Go 4it
