It exists. The problem is that these fish do not remain like that for long. The black eventually spreads and comes through the red, so you will end up with a red and black koi, perhaps with a white belly. These can be very striking fish, because the red seems to glow. But, no longer what you described. The koi you describe, if able to keep that look for years, would be a very valuable collector item. Many disappointed hobbyists acquire Goshiki when young, paying what they consider a high price, only to realize a year or two later that they do not want it all.
