    thanks for the input on pond lighting, people... i think that i will forego the idea of pond lighting from the interior/underwater aspect as it seems to serve no purpose compared to exterior/above lighting. ..... it would be an unnecessary expense and it doesn't seem like it would high-lite the pond at all (unless another member can show wonderful pics to the contrary)
