Waterfall problemhow can I keep it steady?

Waterfalls have always been the thing that never wants to stay finished for me. I have a bio falls with lava rock. Its a two layered fall to the pond. Since we didnt have good luck with our old pond-this time round We decided to use cinder block and mortor them together and level them out. Then we picked our largest flag stones we had and used those for the natural effect.
This falls has been set up for approx three weeks..and Wouldn't ya kow the water Some how is flowing more to the right.

Does somone know where I can find a detailed lay out for different waterfalls? Maybe I did soemthing wrong. THE ONE THING most people told me to use was foam for waterfalls and I hate that stuff. EX it suck if soemthing shifts..then that stuff gets messsy and posibly into the pond
TY in advance....wil try to upload a pic or 2

Pics will help but if the flow was even until now, your base or cinder blocks, shifted.

    Ground-water

Ground-water is tapped by digging or drilling shallow or deep wells and is lifted by using mechanical devices for irrigating the crops.
